![]() ![]() If I stop the Clarity services the errors don't happen, so we've ruled out any monitoring software (we run Datadog) that's running on the servers. It was just the SQL Server logs in Amazon RDS that were full of the errors. What is odd is how the application seemed to work OK. ![]() We'd already installed the 5 certificates in the Clarity and Java keystores. We now have encrypt=true trustServerCertificate=true encryptionMethod=SSL ValidateServerCertificate=false on the end. Originally we had encrypt=true at the end of the default URL. Some sleuthing by a colleague unearthed some extra parameters we were missing from the 15.9.1 connection strings and looking at 16.0.3 some of these are present there. What we did notice though was that the sandbox that has been upgraded to 16.0.3 (every other system is still on 15.9.1) was OK.ġ6.0.3 uses a very different connection string (we were supplied with the new install.jar file that fixes DE66146). For some strange reason my GPU is supposed to be supported in LR but is not and I have to toggle GPU acceleration off, so the processing is less than optimal (FYI it’s a Nvidia Gforce GTX 960 4gb). I also have purchased Topaz Clarity and Black & White and enjoy using both. In a system that's been migrated to the Amazon Cloud we're seeing the SQL Server logs flooded with error 17828. Ok, I am a subscriber to Adobe, paying 14/month for LR and PS.
